Web Elite ™ Available Modules at a Glance

Standard WebElite™ Modules include:

Profiles

This module is database driven and allows for any information about a person (customer, employee, vendor, etc) to be stored in the profile. This module accepts a picture, can be used to create a Roster and is completely searchable.

Data can be imported into the system from an excel file.

Profile fields can mirror existing database fields – Table structure will need to be provided

Data in fields can be viewed by all or portions viewed based on password of user

Data can be edited based on user level

Photo Gallery

Our Photo Gallery module allows for pictures to be viewed from a clients website without having to resize photos before uploading them. Our system will resize all photos as they are uploaded through an easy to use upload interface.

Events Calendar

The Calendar module allows an administrator to put events online easily. This module includes a Block that can be Events at a glance on all pages if requested. It can handle reoccurring events, calendar view and list view. Once the event is over, if using an events block, that event will automatically drop off so events showing are only today and future events. Multiple calendars can be added to the same site if required.

Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.)

This module tracks questions and answers in a database. You can have multiple categories (for employees, vendors, customers etc., and create links to each of the different areas. The FAQ module allows for submission of questions online and once approved, can be automatically added to the list of FAQ’s on the site.

Online Form Creator

This module allows you to create online forms where the data can then be imported into a database.

Document Management

Any forms, training manuals, presentations or other documents can be easily stored in one location on the website. With our Document management module you now have a secondary back up of all the necessary forms your customers, employees, vendors or others need to access on a regular basis. The file size is limited to 1 MB to ensure that those accessing it can do so quickly. We do not by default allow .exe files to be loaded. Permission is needed if this option is required.

Site Statistics

With our hosted solution, we maintain an event log of all activities that occur on a site. We have formatted an easy to read Statistics Report module that shows at a glance the following information about your visitors: When they came, Who came, What they looked at, Who referred them. This information is available to you at all times.

Content Manager/Editor

  • Our system has an easy to use, Rich Text Editor that allows anyone who is comfortable with using a word processor, the ability to create new pages as needed for the website. The system also allows the user to copy and paste from existing word processors the text, copy and paste existing HTML code or work from a blank page. When a page is created, the WebElite™ system creates the actual page and a record of that page is stored in the systems database. These pages cannot be used independently of the WebElite ™ system if created in the system.

 

Menu Editor/Creator

  • Once pages have been created for the site either by copy/paste or creating new, the site administrators can decide what menu to link the pages to. Our system is designed to allow users with passwords certain access rights to see certain menus but not necessary all menus that are on the site. An example would be: an employee who logs in would be able to see an Employee Menu that might contain links to insurance forms, company calendar and employee birthdays but a vendor who logs in to the site would not see the Employee menu but instead see a Vendor menu that gives them access to company logos, press release information etc. Each menu item can be access based on the group that was assigned when added to the system.

Real Estate Manager (if applicable)

  • This module is perfect for Builders, Agents or anyone who has property to sell or lease. The administrative area allows for customization of fields that detail the property, allow for multiple pictures and floor plans to be viewed as well as ammentities of the home and surrounding area. You will have the ability to select “Featured” properties that are hot on the market and also allow for someone to search based on the fields you identify in the set up.

ACT WebElite Emailer

  • Our comprehensive email solution includes the following features; Opt-In area with unlimited categories for real Target Marketing campaigns, Bounce Back reports, Opt-In Reports by day, week, month or year. Template that can be created the same way pages are created on the site, Newsletters that can be created based off other newsletters or templates, Log of who sent, received and opened an email and an easy to use tool for uploading existing names into the database.

Qualifying Questionnaire

  • The qualification module is designed to make it easy for prospective customers to qualify themselves and learn how the products or services of the client could add value to the potential customer’s specific situation. There is a section of the site that is labeled something like “See How We Can Help You”.
  • The “See How We Can Help You” section contains up to 10 questions that are designed so they can be answered “Yes” or “No” by the prospective customer. These questions are based around the benefits of the client’s product or service. If the prospective customer answers “No” to a question that indicates that they are not currently enjoying a benefit that they would be enjoying if they were purchasing the products or services offered by the client. For every “No” answer there is a corresponding benefit that we help the client define. When the prospective customer has taken the 10-question survey, they hit a “Tell me what you can do for me!” button at the bottom of the page. When they hit that button, the list of benefits that the client could provide is displayed. The words “Tell me more!” are listed after each benefit and these words are links to a more extensive explanation of the benefit offered by the client and/or a case history of how another customer of the client’s has been able to use this benefit to their advantage.

  • This section allows the prospective customer to quickly understand how the client’s products and/or services could impact their specific situation.
  • This section allows the client to see what the situation is in potential customer’s companies.
  • This section helps the prospective customer focus on the business issues the client addresses and the value the client provides.
  • This section educates prospective customers on the value the client provides and makes it easier for the client’s sales person to present the value.
  • This section creates another link in the chain of marketing accountability. A direct mail or telemarketing campaign should cause the traffic to the web site to increase. If the traffic to the web site does not increase the campaign was either directed at the wrong audience or was the wrong message. If the traffic to the web site’s home page increased, but the percentage of people hitting the home page that went on to take the qualification survey is low, the home page is not compelling. If only a few answer “No” to the questions, the value proposition needs to be reviewed.
  • This section can help clients design follow up email campaigns based around specific business issues.

On-line Surveys

  • The Survey Module is designed to make it easy for the client to get customer’s and potential customer’s opinions on issues that are timely and important in their market and to get customer’s opinions on the client’s products and/or services.
  • The Survey Module makes it easy for the client to design a survey of up to 20 questions. After the client has built the survey on the site, they just initiate an email campaign to the appropriate group of customers and/or potential customers. The email contains a link back to the survey page. The customer and/or potential customer clicks on the link and is brought back to the survey. At the bottom of the survey there is a “View The Results” button. When a visitor to the site clicks on that button, they see the results of the survey to date.

Online Merchant

If you are selling anything online, this module will handle the complete selling cycle for you. The ACT Web Merchant runs over the Internet and is accessed by you and your customers via a Web browser. ACT maintains the software and servers. When you sign onto our service, ACT will collect your product data, pricing, customer lists, and other information. ACT will handle all the details to get you up and running in short order. We will show you how to manage orders, e-mail and administration. If you are not already on the Internet, ACT will work with a local Internet provider to facilitate getting you online.

Once you gain a level of comfort with the system, you will be able to make changes on your own. At any time, you can:

  • Change the front page to remind people to plan for up coming holidays and events like Christmas, Halloween, Valentines Day, The Super Bowl, and so on.
  • Add inventory items or upload price changes.
  • Add event planning items.
  • Setup your calendar of events.
  • Send out e-mail to registered customers.
  • Post messages and newsletters.
  • Tell customers of new services or offerings.
